2. Booking Classes

• All bookings must be made via ClassForKids.

• Classes are only confirmed once payment has been received.

• We cannot hold spaces without payment.

• Walk-ins: Welcome if space allows, but booking must still be made via ClassForKids at the venue.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• All class bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If you are unable to attend, we cannot offer credits or refunds.

• If we cancel a class (illness, venue closure, unforeseen circumstances), we will offer a rescheduled class or a refund.

4. Our Classes / Camps

• Holiday Camps: Exercise & Performance based

Tiny Explorers (1–3 yrs): Sensory storytelling with textures, props, and playful movement.

• Little Explorers (3–5 yrs): Music, motion, and storytelling adventures that build confidence and imagination.

• Trailblazers (6–8 yrs): Bigger adventures with physical storytelling, character play, and skills such as balance, dexterity, and coordination.

• All classes are imaginative, welcoming, and include a brand-new story each week.

5. Health and Safety

• Parents/carers must supervise their child during classes for children aged 1-3 / OTT Explorers classes

• All staff are DBS checked, Paediatric First Aid trained, and hold Safeguarding Level 2 certificates.

• Props and equipment are safety-checked.

• Please inform us of any allergies or additional needs before class.

6. Liability and Insurance

• OTT KIDS Ltd holds Public Liability Insurance.

• We are not responsible for loss/damage to belongings.

• We do not accept liability for injuries unless caused by our negligence.

7. Photos and Media

• Photos/videos may be taken occasionally for marketing.

• We will always ask permission first, and you can opt out.

• All creative content remains property of OTT KIDS Ltd.

8. Privacy

• Personal details are only collected to process bookings and updates.

• You may be added to our mailing list, but you can unsubscribe anytime.

9. Disputes

• We aim to resolve concerns quickly and informally.

• Please contact Ollie via email or phone in the first instance.

• Mediation may be suggested if needed.

10. Acceptance of Terms
